Rohan Ramakrishnan (TCFS 2005), has announced the official launch of The ASEAN Post (TAP) for the third quarter of 2017, a digital newspaper devoted to covering news from across the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) region.

In February 2017, Jessica Tan (February Main Intake 2017), daughter of Madam Choong Wai Lan (TCFS 1994), created history by becoming the first offspring of any Foundation Studies alumni to study at ƵappCollege.

Alex Horton- Taking Aussie Rules to the Asia-Pacific
Alex Horton (TC 2012) describes winning two premierships in a row and captaining the Ƶappfooty team alongside his close mates as the ‘peak of his footy career’. However, it is his leadership in introducing Aussie Rules to a small village in South Sulawesi and growing the sport in the region, which is quickly seeing him emerge as a sporting ambassador across the Asia-Pacific.

New Students and Parents Welcomed at ƵappCollege Orientation
In February, ƵappCollege welcomed 115 new residential students and their parents to campus. Paying It Forward
When ‘Kiera’ Shi Yanhong (TCFS 2014) met mentor Imogen Smith-Waters (TC 2011) at the University of Melbourne’s Student Union (UMSU) Women’s Mentoring Network they had no idea of their Ƶappconnection. Trinity's Demons
On Saturday 11 February, Trinity’s very own Jessica Anderson put on a stunning performance for the Melbourne Demons, leading her team to victory against Collingwood in the second round of the AFL Women’s (AFLW) competition. She joins a prodigious list of ƵappCollege alumni and family, spanning 117 years, who have played for the Demons in both the VFL and AFL.
